Matthew A. Minalga

Director of Technical Services

Matthew A. Minalga is a service technician at Earthwise Environmental Inc., Bensenville, Ill. He maintains feed equipment for customers' cooling and heating systems and runs onsite field testing, an installer of feed equipment, and manages the cleaning of cooling towers, boilers, closed loops and heat exchangers and passivating systems.

With seven years in the water management and treatment industry, he has experience in college/university power, food and cogeneration plants; paper mills; commercial office buildings; and hospitals/healthcare, cogeneration and plastic injection/blow molding facilities.

Minalga's professional background includes sales, plumbing, construction, customer relations, quality control and computer software.

He is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers; National Association of Corrosion Engineers; Association of Water Technologies; Cooling Technology Institute; Chief Engineers Association; and Aurora Sportsman's Club. Minalga received his bachelor's degree from Lone Star College in Tomball, Texas and lives in DeKalb, Ill.
