As the Senior Account Executive, you will play a significant role in realizing the long‐term growth potential for the entire market served by Earthwise Environmental, Inc. Your success is dependent on your ability to maintain current business and capture new opportunities, mainly focused on the sale of non‐chemical and chemical water treatment programs to industry and institutions. Systems we service include steam boilers, cooling towers and wastewater treatment in the industrial and large commercial sectors. To excel in this position, you must have a can‐do attitude, be open to honest conversation, have a strong environmental consciousness, and have an interest in learning about new technologies and bringing them to the market.
The position entails canvassing, lead generation, qualifying and establishing new accounts throughout the Chicagoland area. The Senior Account Executive works with the President and District Manager to collaborate, plan and execute the final sale on each account. Once established, the District Manager will help transition the account to the Account Manger, while the Senior Account Executive maintains a business relationship with the customer.
Additional requirements include a strong focus on networking, utilizing CRM as the main contact database, fostering a team focused work environment, and a high level of ethical business practices.
The pay structure includes a base salary + commission with a performance bonus. Earthwise offers a superior full benefits package including insurance, vehicle, cell phone, laptop, expenses and retirement.
The currently available position will encompass the selling region of Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana and Southern Wisconsin. The Senior Account Executive must live within that region and will work primarily out of their home office.
